Terms Of Sale

By purchasing one of our geckos, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions

  • All photos are a true representation of the animal. No photos are edited or enhanced.
  • Animals sold as ‘possible’ or ‘probable’ are in no way guaranteed that sex.
  • Pores are checked and photographed at the time of listing. We are unable to check the pores again after the animal has been paid for or in a payment plan.
  • While animals are still in our care we take full responsibility for any accident, illness or death. Should anything happen to your animal before leaving us, we will offer you the option of a full refund, credit, or a replacement gecko ***THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TAIL DROPS***.
  • No sales will be made to anyone under 18 years of age without parental consent.
  • We reseve the right to refuse a sale where we feel the gecko will not receive the same level of care as we provide.


  • All animals must be paid for in full before leaving for their new homes.
  • Payment options are Bank Transfer or PayPal Gift.
  • After full payment has been received we will book your animal onto the next available courier run (in cases of payment plan, this will be after the plan is completed).
  • Deposits are non refundable.

Payment Plans

  • Payment plans can be arranged for animals over £100. Payment plans as standard are 90 days.
  • A minimum of 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your chosen animal(s).
  • Before a payment plan is arranged we will need details of duration of payment plan, payment dates and amounts.
  • If the payment plan is not completed by the agreed date, we reserve the right to class the sale as void, the monies paid will be forfeited and the animal(s) re-listed for sale.

UK Courier

  • Animals needing couriering, will be booked with a DEFRA registered courier at buyers expense.The fee for England & Wales is £50 – £60. Scotland is £75.
  • We cannot take responsibility for Dropped tails during transit. 
  • Once the courier has your animal(s) the care is their responsibility.  In the event of loss, injury or death, we will assist you with seeking reimbursement from the courier.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any delays of the courier.

International Shipping

  • We are happy to ship worldwide at buyers expense.
  • As international shipping happens in line with the European shows we are happy to hold your animal until the next export.
  • Shipping is via Dutch Dragon Import and it is the buyers responsibility to organise with them, and pay them directly for the service.
  • International shipping also requires courier from the UK to DDI.  There is an additional fee for this service (Please contact us for pricing) which includes paperwork needed for export out of the uk to travel to DDI (EU) We will organise this once payment is received. 
  • We cannot take responsibility for Dropped tails during transit.
  • Once the UK to DDI courier has your animal(s) the care is their responsibility.  In the event of loss, injury or death, we will assist you with seeking reimbursement from the courier.
  • Unfortunately We are unable to offer a live guarantee for international shipping.

Animal Abandonment

  • Failure to complete a payment plan or make yourself available for your animal to be delivered will cause your animal(s) to be classed as abandoned.
  • We will attempt to contact you but if we receive no response within 30 days your animal will be re-listed and any monies paid will be forfeited.

7 day health guarantee

  • All our animals are sent out in full health so we are happy to offer a 7 day Health guarantee (subject to conditions).
  • Failure to contact us as soon as your animal shows signs of ill health will void your guarantee.
  • If your animal shows and sign of ill health in the first 7 days please contact us straight away with details so we can try to assist you.
  • If in the unlikely event your animal passes away in the first 7 days we will offer you another available  animal of your choice of the same calibre. If there is nothing available at that time you will be given credit ** WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS**.
  • Failure to let us know your gecko has arrived, if you have had it couriered will void the 7 day health guarantee.

The Health Guarantee does not apply to

  • Animals who have been keep with incorrect husbandry
  • Dropped tails
  • Injury 
  • Impaction from substrate or incorrect food size
  • Overheating 
  • Incorrect humidity
